Refund Policy

If a student enrolls through Evanston Recreation or McGaw YMCA, the refund policy of that entity applies. Please contact them for details.

Enrichment Program Policy
If an enrolled student drops before a class starts, the tuition amount will be refunded less a $25 service charge.

If an enrolled student drops after a class begins through the first two weeks, the tuition will be refunded less a per class fee for classes attended and the $25 service charge.

After two weeks of scheduled classes, tuition will not be refunded. A credit toward future tuition will be issued.

If a class session is cancelled by Kidpower Chicago or Connelly’s Academy, then the tuition for that class session will be refunded if we are not able to schedule a make up.

If a class session is cancelled by the school due to weather or other emergency, tuition will not be refunded. We will do our best to schedule a make up. If that is not possible, the student will be offered a voucher to attend a class session at another one of our venues.

Camp Refunds
There is a $290 non-refundable deposit. We will return the deposit if the requested session is full and we cannot accommodate the camper.

We will refund tuition less the $290 deposit up until the start of the first week of camp.

After the start of the first camp week, we will not refund tuition.
